COVID-19: what are Client’s concerns of leading international law firms?

BRB Ramo has become a participant in an international survey of leading law firms in Central and Eastern Europe regarding the current situation of coronavirus.

The editorial Board of CEE Legal Matters interviewed Managing Partners in order to find out the most frequently asked questions related to COVID-19 from Clients.

Igor Sidorenko, the Managing Partner of BRB Ramo, revealed the three most frequently raised issues during this difficult period for everyone:

  • Bankruptcy procedure for foreign companies in Russia.
  • Legal consulting of enterprises on restrictive measures of business activity during the quarantine period.
  • Licensing and permitting activities of companies and the ability of lawyers to resolve administrative issues related to them.
